ResMed ReSupply™ is your partner in keeping your patients comfortable and compliant with their PAP therapy over the long term. As a new ResMed ReSupply customer, one of our implementation specialists will work with you and your team to ensure a successful onboarding. From building a project plan to managing your system setup, we'll work with you to create a successful, customized resupply program.

ResMed ReSupply Customer Onboarding

Your ResMed ReSupply onboarding includes system setup, staff training and patient list import. Here's what to expect at each step:

In order to understand the unique needs of your business, we’ll work with you and your team to gather information needed to initiate setup. Your onboarding kick-off will also provide an overview of role-specific training plans for your team members.

System setup

 

During system setup, we’ll work with you to set up your team, organizations, branch location(s), payors, eligibility and call schedules in the ResMed ReSupply platform. We’ll also assist you in identifying which patients to include in your resupply program and the most effective outreach methods for your patient population.

Step 3:
Add/Import selected patient list

 

Outreach begins with importing your compliant patient list into the ResMed ReSupply system. Your team can then begin the training process with an introductory webinar. Once this step is complete, you’re ready to begin outreach.

Patient outreach begins

 

Through automated outreach, your team will be able to efficiently manage patient supply requests, process work items and respond to patient messages to help them adhere to therapy. In addition, your Solutions Operations Specialist will work closely with your team in the first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition and then provide ongoing support from our Customer Success team.

Patient outreach begins

 

Through automated outreach, your team will be able to efficiently manage patient supply requests, process work items and respond to patient messages to help them adhere to therapy. In addition, your Solutions Operations Specialist will work closely with your team in the first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition and then provide ongoing support from our Customer Success team.
