AirView's remote assist feature allows you to remotely troubleshoot device issues and promptly address patient concerns. With the time saved from unnecessary patient visits and lengthy phone calls, you can focus more on the most challenging patients.
- Reporting made easy. One-click compliance reports mean more time for patient care and less on administration.
- A secure system. AirView is secured by password protection, role-based access and data encryption. All data collected is in compliance with privacy legislation including HIPAA, and is stored in ResMed’s own data center.
- Access detailed data at your convenience. Online data reports provide up to 365 days of therapy data and up to 30 days of detailed data, so you can take a comprehensive look into your patient's therapy and progress whenever you need them.
- Remote settings changes. Some device settings, such as pressure relief, ramp and humidification are remotely accessible, so you can help your patients feel more comfortable – all from the convenience of your home or office.
