Your care provider will talk to you about choosing the right therapy device and mask for your child. You can then purchase your mask and device from an equipment supplier (or HME).1 Finding the right equipment supplier can make all the difference to your child’s therapy. A good supplier will not only help you set up the equipment, go through the settings on the device and help you fit your child’s mask correctly, but they will also be a good source of support on your child’s therapy journey.

Do their staff explain the importance of treatment, and how to use and take care of your child’s equipment?

Do they offer monitoring tools, so they can track your child’s therapy usage and report it back to your child’s care provider?
Will they call you straight after set-up to answer questions and address any concerns that you might have? Do they have processes in place, where you are regularly reminded when it’s time to service your child’s therapy equipment or replace any accessories to ensure the system is working optimally?

Can you contact their staff easily to discuss therapy issues? Are their hours of operation convenient?
