Q. Can I use the SD card from my S9™ therapy device in my new AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 machine?

A. Yes, but you'll need to reformat the SD card. Deleting the files will not activate it for use. Note: All information stored on the SD card prior to reformatting will be lost.

Q. How does the built-in wireless connectivity in the AirSense™ 10 and AirCurve™ 10 devices work?

These devices feature built-in wireless connectivity so you don’t need a wireless module to transfer data automatically to myAir.

Q. How long after a therapy session has ended will my data be transmitted to myAir?

A. In most cases, your data will be available in myAir one hour after you stop using your device. If you used your device and your data is not yet available, please check back at a later time. Note: You must have cellular reception to transmit data. The device must remain plugged into power and must not be in Airplane Mode.

Q. I live in an area with poor cellular coverage. How can I access my data?

A. If you live in an area with poor cellular coverage, you can still access your data. Refer to your provider to request a download from your device.
