Getting your child’s equipment

It is important to find a healthcare provider that you and your child trust and feel comfortable with. A good healthcare provider can make all the difference to your child’s therapy. Ask yourself the following to ensure that your child gets the best care available.

Patient education Have you been informed about the importance of treatment, and how to use and take care of your child's equipment?
Objective compliance data    Have you been offered monitoring tools, so they can track your child's therapy usage and report it back to your child's care provider?
Patient follow-up Have you been called straight after set-up to answer questions and address any concerns that you might have? Do they have processes in place, where you are regularly reminded when it's time to service your child's therapy equipment or replace any accessories to ensure the system is working optimally?
