A number of years ago, I was playing tennis with my mate and we got talking about how my wife was complaining about my snoring. He told me he had a similar situation and was compelled by his wife to get tested, and discovered that he had sleep apnea. I told my wife and she encouraged me to also get a sleep test done. I too was also diagnosed with sleep apnea.
Apart from the heavy snoring, I was also feeling drowsy and sleepy at work, and nodding off when driving. Since being on CPAP therapy, I no longer experience any tiredness. I get up in the morning full of energy and vitality and I am much happier.My wife has also benefited with much better sleep as I am no longer snoring!
