The Air11 platform
 for informed care

The Air11 platform provides remote access to therapy data, supporting ongoing patient management and informed clinical decision-making. AirCurve 11 automatically uploads therapy data to AirView to provide access to relevant data, reporting tools, and user-friendly remote therapy monitoring and management tools. It also pairs with the myAir* app to support patient engagement.

Accurately gauge home NIV effectiveness through AirView to enable prompt clinical interventions and advanced monitoring.

CMS Respiratory Assist Device Guidelines Updates

CMS has clarified coverage criteria for patients with COPD-related chronic respiratory failure. The updated policy removes reliance on sleep studies and fixed oxygen desaturation thresholds for initial coverage. When clinical documentation supports medical necessity, it is sufficient to meet coverage requirements which helps reduce onboarding delays and streamline therapy initiation with respiratory assist devices including AirCurve 11 ST and ST-A.1

Key features

Device features

  • iVAPS§ with AutoEPAP: Intervenes automatically to rapidly and gently re-establish stable breathing, while adjusting expiratory pressure within preset limits throughout the night to help prevent partial and full upper airway obstructions.
  • Advanced synchrony settings: Supports a broader range of chronic obstructive conditions using higher cycle sensitivity options, and allows personalization of the transition to expiratory pressure through adjustable Fall Time to improve patient-device synchrony and comfort.
  • User-friendly interface and QuickNav: Simplifies navigation with an easy-to-use touchscreen, enabling instant toggling between the Settings menu and the Monitoring screen, and allows the user to visualize how settings affect ventilation parameters.
  • Climate control: Delivers therapy at a consistent, customizable temperature and humidity by working with Resmed s ClimateLineAir™ 11 and HumidAir™ humidifier.
  • Supplemental oxygen: Integrates oxygen flows into device calculations via a dedicated port at the rear of the device to support precise pressure readings and accurate displayed and reported values.
  • Device check: Allows the patient to receive direct feedback that the device is functioning as intended by checking for system errors during recent use.

Connectivity & remote monitoring features

  • AirView remote monitoring: Allows you to remotely control and adjust the patient s device settings to support ongoing patient management.
  • Bluetooth® oximetry: Enables compatible Bluetooth oximeters to pair with the device, with data viewable in AirView to support ongoing patient care.
  • Over the air (OTA) updates: Enables compatible devices to receive future software enhancements and ventilation technologies remotely.

myAir* App features

  • Personal Therapy Assistant: (PTA) Provides guidance to help patients achieve a good mask fit and seal via the myAir* app.
  • Care Check-In:†** Asks your patients simple questions regularly about their health and their experience, summarizing responses in AirView to help identify patients who may be experiencing difficulties.
