Unique fabric softness

Soft, moisture-wicking2 fabric is designed to feel cool and gentle on the skin, while AdaptiSeal™ technology conforms to your face to help create a secure seal.

Frequently asked questions

A CPAP prescription is required for an AirTouch F40. Cost and coverage vary by insurance provider and plan. After your doctor has provided you with a prescription, we recommend first contacting your insurance provider to learn more about what’s covered under your plan. Then you can find CPAP stores near you or online.

Both masks use the F40 platform and are designed to provide a compact, under-the-nose full-face experience. The key difference is the cushion. AirTouch F40 features a ComfiSoft fabric cushion for a softer feel against your skin, while AirFit F40 uses an AdaptiSeal silicone cushion.

Yes. The flexible, compact design is intended to give you freedom to move and change sleeping positions throughout the night.

You should clean the cushion, elbow and short tube, including the QuietAir diffused venting daily. The headgear and frame only require weekly cleaning. Facial oil and dirt can easily build up on your mask parts when they’re not cleaned properly, which can lead to skin irritation. The good news? Cleaning your mask doesn’t take long, so working it into your morning routine should be a breeze.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR MASK

Supplies you’ll need to clean your mask:

  1. Sink or tub
  2. Warm, drinking-quality water (86°F / 30°C)
  3. Mild liquid detergent
  4. Towel

Step-by-step cleaning tips:

  1. Unplug your CPAP machine from the power source and disconnect your mask/tubing from your machine.
  2. Disassemble your mask:
    1. Undo the fastening tabs on the upper headgear straps and pull the headgear from the frame. Keep the magnetic clips attached to the lower headgear straps.
    2. Squeeze the side buttons on the elbow and detach from the vent ring.
    3. Pull the cushion stud out of the frame stud hole, repeat on the other side.
    4. Pull the vent ring from the cushion.
  3. Soak the components in warm water with a mild liquid detergent. Ensure that there are no air bubbles while soaking.
  4. Shake the components vigorously in the water and hand wash with a soft bristle brush. For the AirTouch F40 cushion, hand wash only without a bristle brush.
  5. Thoroughly rinse the components under running water.
  6. Squeeze the fabric components to remove excess water.
  7. Leave the components on the towel to air dry out of direct sunlight.
