ResMed Air Solutions data support and frequently asked questions.

Q. How does the built-in wireless connectivity in selected AirSense™ 10 and AirCurve™ 10 devices work?

A. Select devices feature built-in wireless connectivity* to transfer data automatically to AirView™ ̶ ResMed's secure cloud-based patient management system for healthcare providers. This helps you stay more connected with your patients during treatment.

Q. How long after a therapy session has ended will patient data be transmitted to AirView™?

A. Patient data will be transmitted from the device one hour after a therapy session has ended. Note: The patient must have mobile coverage to transmit data, and the device must not be in Airplane Mode.

Q. My patient lives in an area with poor mobile coverage. How can I access their therapy data?

A. If your patient lives in an area with poor mobile coverage, you can still access their therapy data. Simply advise your patient to post in their SD card so you can upload the data to AirView™.

Q. My patient will be travelling overseas. Will I still be able to access their therapy data?

A. While your patient is overseas with their device, data may not be able to be transmitted wirelessly. In that case, the device will store their therapy data and transmit it when the patient returns to their country, is back in an area with mobile coverage, and the device is powered on.

Q. Can my patient use the SD card from their S9™ therapy device in their new AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 device?

A. Yes, but they'll need to reformat the SD card. Deleting the files will not activate it for use. Note: All information stored on the SD card prior to reformatting will be lost.

* Cellular connectivity is available only on specific device models. Wireless communication depends on network availability.
