Enhanced automated outreach
Our automated outreach option is so realistic it even has a name – Faith! In addition to resupply ordering help, Faith also gauges how your patient's therapy is going and offers to help set up a callback from the patient's equipment provider if necessary. And while Faith is a pretty advanced virtual personality, we understand there's always a time and place for a real person. That's why we offer a live representative option at any point during an automated outreach call.
Email and patient portal
We also provide an option to send an email on your business’ behalf reminding patients they’re eligible for replacement equipment, with a link to log in to the patient portal account already created for them. There they can update preferences, place orders online and maintain therapy and insurance information.
Live call option
Historically, patients have chosen email and the automated phone system as preferred communication methods, but we do offer the option for patients to be contacted through our live call center each time.* Our solution fully supports Spanish-speaking patients with a Spanish-automated call as well as Spanish-speaking agents in our call center.
