System requirements
Listed here are the computer system requirements for the e-Learning site. If you do not have the programs listed, click the link and install the application on your computer.
- Internet Explorer (Download) - Recommended browser
- Adobe Flash (Download)
- Adobe Acrobat (Download) – Optional
- Java (Download)
Easy registration
- 1. On the e-Learning homepage, select "Create New Account" to register.
- 2. Complete the registration form to create a user account. If you are taking any courses for credit, be sure to enter your agency name and agency number. Once you have completed the registration process, the next time you log in, you may use your created username and password.
Complete a course
- 1. Go to the Course List tab and then Course Catalog to view all courses. Complete the course(s) of your choice from the course list. Courses that are offered for credit can also be taken for no credit.
- 2. Complete all requirements for the course(s) you are taking. Your evaluation will open in a separate link.
Print your certificate
- Go to the My Workspace tab, click on My Certificates and Transcripts, and then click on the course to view your certificate(s). The certificate will open as an Acrobat PDF. You can print, save or access your certificate again at any time. You must complete all required tasks for a course in order to receive a certificate of completion.
