Who do I contact if I need help?

If you have e-Learning Academy questions or need technical support, contact the Simbionix USA Client Services Team or email clientservices@simbionixusa.com.

You should receive a response within 48 hours Monday – Friday, except holidays.

 

How do I create an account?

1. On the e-Learning homepage, select "Create New Account" to register.

2. Complete the registration form to create a user account. If you are taking any course for credit, be sure to enter your agency name and agency number. Once you have completed the registration process, the next time you log in, you may use your created username and password.

How do I start a course?

1. Complete the course(s) of your choice from the course list. Courses that are offered for credit can also be taken for no credit.

2. Complete all requirements for the course(s) you are taking. Your evaluation will open in a separate link.

What is the difference between taking a course for credit vs. no credit?

When taking a course for CEU credit, you must complete the course and receive an 80% or higher on the final test. You are allowed multiple attempts to complete the final test, and once you have passed it, you must take a course evaluation which is given immediately after completing the test. Upon successful completion of all three items, you may print your course certificate. There is no need to mail or fax your test results, and you can print your certificate at any time.

When taking a non-credit course, you simply complete the course tutorials and print your certificate of completion.

Do I have to complete the entire course in one session?

You are not required to complete the e-Learning courses in one session and may complete each course in sections according to your own schedule. ResMed's
e-Learning Academy allows you to learn at your own pace, take courses on your own time and review content multiple times.

How do I change my username or password?

You can update your ResMed user account profile at any time by doing the following:

  • Go to ResMed e-Learning Academy
  • Use your most current username and password to log in
  • Click on "Profile"
  • Edit your password as desired, then click "Update"

Where can I access my certificate if I need to print a new one?

Simply log into the e-Learning Academy and click on the Certificate tab to print your certificate(s) of completion or course certificate(s).

Note: You must complete all required items for a course in order to receive a certificate.
