Massage Therapy  An onsite masseuse is available for monthly massage appointments.

Working Out ResMed’s corporate fitness facility offers diverse fitness options for employees including a full weight room, elliptical and treadmill equipment, a walking track, onsite yoga and fitness classes, lockers and showers. Employees are also eligible for membership discounts at numerous fitness facilities throughout the nation.

Sleep 4a Healthy Life ResMed believes it is critical that every person in the world be aware of the dangers of sleep disordered breathing and be tested and treated for sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.  ResMed will provide, at no cost to employees, the awareness and screening portions of the program for regular, full-time employees; employees will pay normal medical insurance plan co-payments for doctor visits, as necessary.  If treatment is necessary, ResMed will ensure that its best equipment is available to the affected employee.

Vacation/Time Off

Holidays. Twelve paid holidays are offered per year with floaters to cover the company shutdown at the end of the year.

Paid Time Off. Employees earn time off based on their year of service, starting with 15 days in their first year and 20 the second year.

Leave of Absence may be provided for adoption, family care, maternity, medical conditions, military, parental care or personal leave.

Education/Training

Training programs including Leadership Development, Computer training, Career Management and Time Management training are only some of the ongoing, onsite and web based courses available to ResMed employees through our award winning Learning Center.

Tuition Assistance Program reimburses 75% of costs, up to $5,250 a year, for tuition, books, and lab fees for courses related to your career, after 6 months of service.
