
Terms and conditions:
- Failed/defective units must be returned within 30 days of the RMA date or you will forfeit your ability to participate in the Platinum Service program.
- The Platinum Service program applies to the HumidAire 2i,™ HumidAire 3i,™ H4i,™ H5i,™ Tango,™ S9,™ S8,™ S8 II and VPAP™ product lines.
- If a unit is obsolete or no longer available it will be replaced with a new product containing an equivalent or better feature set.
- Does not apply to units out of the warranty period or with non-covered damage. Such devices are subject to standard RMA processes and fl at rate fees apply.
- The warranty does not cover:
- any damage caused as a result of improper use, abuse, modification or alteration of the product;
- repairs carried out by any service organization that has not been expressly authorized by ResMed to perform such repairs;
- any damage or contamination due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoke.
- ResMed reserves the right to amend or cancel this program.
