We are seeking talented and ambitious Engineers to join our Graduate program that will ensure an all round knowledge of our business.
We are looking for graduates from the following Engineering disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Mechatronic
- Software
- Manufacturing
- Biomedical
The program includes six monthly rotations across areas of Product Development and Manufacturing, totaling a maximum of two years.
Mentoring - An experienced employee from each team will be there to support and help you during your six month rotation
Development - Your development is key to our success, which is why our Graduates will go through a thorough Induction and training in systems and procedures before joining their teams.
Our on site Learning Centre has a modular development program based on our core competencies which will further advance your development alongside an ongoing individual development plan, targeted at both your needs and the Businesses.

Applications open from 1st to 30th June 2010 for recruitment to commence in July 2010. Offers of employment will be made in September for a start date in January 2011.
To be eligible for these opportunities, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be in your final year of study or have completed in the last two years an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Maintain a minimum 65% or credit average in all university studies
- Have a relevant Engineering degree
- Hold current Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application
